Let's talk about Coronavirus

I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.
"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.

The Fellowship of the Ring - J. R. R. Tolkien

I would like to share some things that I have observed or learned from the massive upheaval that is the Coronavirus pandemic.

I can live on less money than I think

To make real changes focus on building habits - running, slowly but every day

The 'news' is not always good for me

I am tired of centralised, commercial social media

Drink less, sleep more, feel better

Running is as good for my head as it is for my health

Read good books and lots of them

It's ok to sometimes not be ok

Reminiscing can be a salve, but we can and must still create new memories
