Time for a Digital Declutter

I'm having a digital declutter in January.

Cal Newport in his email newsletter asked if anyone wanted to take part in a digital declutter in January. 31 days of no optional social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.  In addition, no using the internet for entertainment or news.  At the end of the experiment, after identifying what really matters, some of these technologies can be reintroduced if necessary.

I'm signed up and looking forward to seeing what happens.  I'm hoping the result will be less stress, less dopamine hits from exciting but unimportant web titbits.  I'm also hoping to see a benefit in my personal productivity and clearer thinking.

So from midnight tonight I'll be only found online here, or via email and text.
